RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it back to Laddu Baby within 30 days of your original purchase date unless purchased as part of a sale or promotion. 

For all return inquiries, email hello@laddubaby.com and be sure to include your order number in the subject line.

Please note the following:

• We are not currently offering direct exchanges. Customers can return items for a refund and place a new order.

• Items must be unused and in original condition with original tags attached in order to be eligible for a refund.
  

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Please allow 14-21 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be processed. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to issue your refund.

• Any products not purchased directly through Laddu Baby cannot be returned or exchanged through Laddu Baby.
  

• Any product purchased at a warehouse sale or received free as part of a promotion is ineligible for return.

Laddu Baby reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

DAMAGES  

For all damage inquiries, email hello@laddubaby.com. Please include order number and a photo of your damaged item in your email.

CANCELLATIONS

We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. Please review your order information before placing your order. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

RETROACTIVE DISCOUNTS

Unfortunately we are unable to make any price changes retroactively.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders can take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. The customer is solely responsible for all duties and import taxes
